(2) Check in time is 3:00-4:00 pm unless previously arranged. 

A late arrival fee of $10 per hour will apply if not previously arranged.

If you prefer using email, we are happy to oblige and will reply, usually that same day.  Otherwise, normally we have our phone with us and will talk to you personally.  Our regulars call this, their "Home Away from Home".  We hope you will too! Note:  Although we strive for simplicity, we do offer AC, WIFI and TV.
